I am a Zombie!

Mood: Um…about that…I’m still confuzzled and worried.

Listening: The radio in a book store. “Kids in America” is playing at the moment…not exactly my favorite song.

Watching: Nothing at the moment. BUT I MISSED THE BIG BANG THEORY LAST NIGHT!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! I luv u, Sheldon Cooper!

And I have fallen in love with the British flick, “Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging,” based on the popular book series, Confessions of Georgia Nicolson by Louise Rennison. Directed by Gurinder Chadha, who also directed “Bride and Prejudice” and “Bend it like Beckham.”

I have never read the series, but came across some of the books in my childhood. Never knew they were from the UK, until I saw the movie. I clearly remember that “Knocked Out by my Nunga-Nungas” was quite popular in my 6th grade class…all the girls were reading it and even the boys….out of curiosity, of course. Lol. And I can’t believe I still remember the title of the book…I guess because the word, “nunga-nungas,” is quite memorable, especially when you know the meaning of the word. It means “boobs” if you didn’t know already…lol. The book will probably give detailed description of the term. Ugh….

Although I never read the books and can’t really make an accurate comparison to the film adaptation, I love how they portrayed Georgia. Even if she wasn’t exactly the prettiest girl in the movie, her imperfections and personality made her very beautiful. I think the only thing that bothered me was that she was a bit of a narcissist. But who’s perfect?

Besides the movie, I have fallen in love (lust actually…lol) with Aaron Johnson, who plays Robbie in the movie. He is gorgeous, but it’s a pity he’s already taken. I STILL CAN’T BELIEVE HE’S ENGAGED WITH A 43 YEAR OLD!!!! AND SHE’S PREGNANT….WITH HIS BABY!!! But who am I to judge? Maybe they truly love each other….but such a loss for the girls around his age…like me.

Johnson is not only a sexy heartthrob, but also a talented actor. He stars as John Lennon in “The Nowhere Boy”, directed by Johnson’s fiancé, Sam Taylor- Wood. I wish the movie came here to the states. -tear- -tear-

Eating: Nothing…I promise I’m not anorexic.

Drinking: Nothing…at the moment, but planning to drink those 12 glasses of good H2O.

So…about Nanowrimo…I have to set up a later deadline because I have barely any time to write. I know…NO EXCUSES…but things are crazy around here the past two weeks. I thought I could do it…but I have to sort things out before taking on another challenge. And I don’t think anyone would care, since no one is reading my blog at the moment.

Things are a bit bland around here….I think I’ll have to change it up a bit….I’ll prolly post short stories and post videos from my You Tube account…I’m pretty excited ‘bout that part.

On top of all the craziness…I have become a zombie myself….no…the zombie sheep didn’t get to me…or did they? But I’m suffering from insomnia…and I’ve been having this problem for about the past 3 years…but it has gotten worse this year. UGH!!! When I can’t sleep…during the day I can’t function. And I feel guilty for cancelling events with my friends. I make promises, but almost never come through.

WHOA!!! I think this is my longest post (rant) yet…I hope I didn’t bore you to leave. And I know my grammar is hopelessly flawed and I’ve been using slang, not that I have in the past posts, but that’s how crazy it’s been. Hope y’all could forgive me.
