2009…This has been a tough year for so many people. There have been many mistakes, personal losses, setbacks, and so on. But as a new year begins, so does a new decade.
2010…This is a time to turn things around! I have been labeled by my monsters (who have threatened to kill me over my writing…and more…no joke) as a “pathetic” writer / artist rather than the brillant “Pithy” writer / artist I aspire to be. I admit I have made mistakes and I am not perfect in any way…I’m human. But it won’t stop me from running towards my goal with that sharp pen in hand and my trusty imagination in my writer’s arsenal ((ok…I know... lame…but I’m learning!). Remember, learn from your blunders, inaccurate attempts, FML moments or ((how people say over the internet)) “Epic” failures… and don’t let those trolls define who you are. They have nothing on you. You are in control.
I raise my glass (filled with cider…lol ;D) and wish and pray you also embark on the exciting adventures and challenges ahead of you. It’s all about taking that step.
